RETURNS

All returns must be made within 14 days of the date the order was received.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.



RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, fill out the exchanges and returns form, place the item in its original packaging and send your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.



REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow at least 3 days after receiving your item to process your return or exchange.

Refunds may take 1-2 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note, however, the exceptions to our policy:

Discounted items are final sale and are not exchangeable or returnable;
Returned items must contain the label and be sent in the original packaging;
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.


If returning an item for exchange, please indicate this on the form and tell us which item you would like to receive.



Exchanged items will be sent via a free delivery service.

If there is a problem, we will contact you by phone (if provided) or e-mail.
